Privacy Policy

1. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We do not rent, sell, exchange, give away, or otherwise make available any information you provide on this website.
2. Your email address is used to confirm your order purchase and occasionally to inform you of new resources available on this website. It will never be shared with other companies.
3. During order checkout, your credit card information is collected from a web page secured with SSL encryption. Once the order is processed, we do not retain your credit card number on file.

Shipping Policy

1. Within the United States, we ship "Media Mail" by default. Delivery takes between 3 and 7 days, depending on your distance from us (Massachusetts). If your order is urgent, please select the "Priority Mail" option.
2. Domestic shipping rate is calculated as $3.50 per shipment plus $1.50 per item for the default shipping option and $7.50 per shipment plus $2.50 per item for "Priority Mail". For overnight (where available) shipping, you pay the actual cost of postage plus a $10.00 handling fee.
3. Shipments to Canada, Great Britain, Ireland or Micronesia are shipped "USPS Air Mail" by default. Delivery typically takes between 4 and 7 days. For faster delivery, please choose one of the expedited options. Regular Air Mail shipping rate is calculated as $4.50 per shipment plus $2.50 per item for Canada and Micronesia, and $7.50 per shipment plus $3.50 per item for Great Britain and Ireland. For any of the expedited shipping options, you pay the actual cost of postage plus a $12.50 handling fee.
4. Please note you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs which may be imposed.
5. All delivery times are estimates provided by the courier.

Account, Volume and Tax-Exempt Sales

1. Price breaks are offered when purchasing more than 5 of any single item or more than 10 of any combination of items. Please fax (508.487.3700) or email (trb@TRBProductions.com) for more details.
2. If you would like to be invoiced instead of paying with a credit card online, please fax your Purchase Order to 508.487.3700 (Attention: Edmund Teo). Your order will be processed and an account will be set up for you so that you can log in and place orders online in the future.
3. Distribution, resale and site licensing inquiries are welcome. Please send an email to trb@TRBProductions.com.
4. 5% Sales Tax will be included on all orders shipped to Massachusetts.

Billing and Fulfillment

1. We use Robin & Teo, Inc. as our billing and fulfillment partner. All credit card charges will appear in your statement under that name.
2. Checks should be payable to "Robin & Teo, Inc." and mailed to 10 Fortuna Rd, Provincetown MA 02657-1765.
3. All prices on the website are in US Dollars.
